At Aliyara, we want you to love your jewellery. If something is not quite right, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In a resellable condition
  • Returned with any tags, certificates, ring box, pouches, or free gifts included with the order

If we receive an item that has been worn, damaged, used, or is not in its original condition, we may reject the exchange and send the item back to your original delivery address.

Your replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.

Please note: if you wish to exchange for a different product of a higher value, you may need to pay the price difference.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you would like to return or exchange
  • The reason for return or exchange

Our team will then guide you through the next steps.

How long do I have to return my item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

Return Fees

For UK returns, a £5.99 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

This includes the cost of your return processing and return shipping label, where provided.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What items are eligible for return?

Items are eligible for return if they are:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Returned with all included accessories, certificates, pouches, ring boxes, and free gifts

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, resized, or are no longer in resellable condition

How to Mail Back an Online Return

1. Start your return

Contact us at info@aliyara.co with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return label

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Where applicable, we may issue a return shipping label.

3. Prepare your item

Please make sure:

  • The item is new, unused, and unworn
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • All certificates, boxes, pouches, and free gifts are included
  • You do not combine items from separate orders in one parcel unless approved by our team
  • You do not split one order across multiple parcels, as this may delay processing

4. Send your return

Drop off your parcel with the instructed carrier. Please keep proof of postage or tracking until your return has been processed.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet our return conditions, we may reject the refund and send the item back to your original delivery address.
